ABOUT US - NUESTRA HISTORIA

When we started in the year 2000 we sold 10 to 20 EMPANADAS in a day, only seven years later the new sales record is 1,025 EMPANADAS sold in one day, that’s a 1,000 % increase. In the same seven years we have shared our diverse Spanish culture with, thousands of people in Upstate NY. The different venues include, Six Flags Darien Lake, the Rochester Public Market, and Frontier Field Stadium. Last year we did the unthinkable, we actually send our EMPANADAS, RICE, BEANS, PORK LOIN, and HOT SAUCES to our troops in Iraq, the last shipment weighed 125Lbs. At the beginning of 2008 we were interviewed by DON FRANCISCO from SABADO GIGANTE, this is an International TV show seen by 150 Million people weekly around the world.

Cuando comenzamos en el año 2000, vendíamos de 10 a20 EMPANADAS en un día, siete años más tarde, llegamos a vender 1,025 EMPANADAS en un día, ese es un incremento en ventas de 1,000%. En los mismos siete años, hemos podido compartir la diversa cultura Hispana con miles de personas en Upstate NY. Hemos ocupado sitios tan importante como, Six Flags Darien Lake, Rochester Public Market y el Estadio Frontier Field. El año pasado hicimos lo imposible, envíamos nuestras EMPANADAS, ARROZ, FRIJOLES, y las SALSAS PICANTE a nuestras tropas en Irak. Al comienzo del 2008, fuimos entrevistados por DON FRANCISCO de SABADO GIGANTE, este show de TV Internacional es visto por mas de 150 Millones de personas semanalmente.

Some of the decisions we made at the very beginning included to offer gourmet Spanish foods at very affordable prices, without ever compromising our portion sizes and quality. We also decided to establish our selves in the market place, where we could in the future share our success with others by offering opportunities to investors and franchising.

Algunas de las decisiones que hicimos al comienzo, incluyeron el ofrecer comidas estilo gourmet, sin nunca comprometer ni la cantidad, ni la calidad. Otra decisión que hicimos al comienzo fue de establecernos firmemente en el mercado de la gastronomía, para después ofrecer oportunidades a inversionistas, como así también a otros que deseen obtener franquicias.

3) Line of Spice Mixes

4) Our very own Gourmet Spanish Coffee

5) Full Dinners, Rice Beans & Pork Loin

6) Spanish Brand Pork Sausage (made by Zweigle’s)

Finally over the past seven years, we’ve been able to perfect our products such as the Empanadas, Rice, Beans, and Pork loin, which can be eaten hot of the kitchen, or they can be sent across the US, fully cooked, fully frozen and ready for the microwave.

Finalmente, durante los últimos siete años, hemos logrado perfeccionar nuestra línea de productos, como las EMPANADAS, El Arroz, los Frijoles, y el Lomo, todo lo cual se pueden degustar recién salidos de nuestra cocina como también, enviarlos a cualquier ciudad de los EEUU, completamente cocinados, PERO congelados, listo para el horno de microondas.
